About the Live Aid at the National Library of Ireland exhibition
This event takes place at the Live Aid at the National Library of Ireland exhibition in the National Photographic Archive, Temple Bar. The exhibition chronicles the visual journey of the Live Aid concerts held at Wembley Stadium and JFK Stadium and the television experience in July 1985. It showcases material donated to the NLI from the Band Aid Trust, including the behind-the-scenes, and iconic moments captured by photographers on the day, covering bands and artists on both sides of the Atlantic. This free exhibition is open to the public daily (10.00am – 4.00pm), no booking required.
