Fabre Ensemble Summer Concert

Fabre is dynamic chamber choir based in Dublin. Formed in October 2024 and directed by Ciarán Kelly, the choir is made up of experienced singers from across the city and performs a mixture of Contemporary and Romantic a cappella chamber music. Our mission is to foster a welcoming and inclusive community of singers who share a deep love for choral art.

This season the choir has been heard on RTE Radio, won a national competition at the City of Derry International Choir Festival, performed with the Cork Fleischmann Symphony Orchestra and more. We invite you to join us for our second summer concert, at our home in the Liberties.

ADAM & EVE’S CHURCH

The concert will take place at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Merchant’s Quay, in the heart of Dublin 8. Adam and Eve’s is renowned for its diverse range of liturgical and concert music, and has a rich and fascinating history, dating back to the thirteenth century. Like so many churches, Adam and Eve’s would have had excellent acoustics for a choir of any kind. Its dome was built in or shortly after 1900 at the same time the inside was rearranged and expanded. Today, the church even houses one of the largest Catholic church organ in Dublin which has been described as one of the finest in the country.
