Halloween Drive-in Movies

Retro Drive In Movies has announced its line-up of Halloween classics which will be screened in October during spooky season.

Screened on a huge screen at Leopardstown Racecourse, films being shown in the lead up to Halloween include Gremlins, Ghost Busters, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Hocus Pocus and The Exorcist.

All of the spooky fun kicks off on Friday, October 21 with Hocus Pocus and Gremlins.

On October 22, it’s Hocus Pocus again followed by Halloween, then The Nightmare Before Christmas, Ghost Busters and Beetlejuice on October 23.

The following weekend sees The Conjuring being shown on the big screen on Thursday, October 27, A Nightmare on Elm Street and Monsters Inc on October 28, and The Craft and Scream on October 29.

With their pay-per-vehicle ticketing system, it works out as a family afternoon out that is great value for money. A five-seater car costs €32.90 (which works out at €6.58 per person in a full car) while a seven-seater car costs €34.50.
