Irish Women in Jazz Presents: Mayflyes

Mayflyes are a newly-formed jazz vocal trio from Ireland, who are quickly gaining recognition for their sound that is both nostalgic and refreshingly modern. Reviving the timeless art of three-part vocal harmony in more genres than one, the trio perform jazz from the golden age and contemporary jazz alike, but they also dip their toe in the vocal harmony-rich idioms of bluegrass, folk, and 90s-2000s RnB.Members: Róisín Mulliez, Elizabeta Jornea, Emily Jane Cooke.
