Work. What is it?

Work. What is it?

Join us for an interactive evening of reiki infused creations exploring WORK. What is it? Can we re-define it? And should we?

Featuring special guest performances from local creative souls in the form of live music & spoken word which starts at 6.30pm. This is a showcase of local talent.

Feel free to drop in anytime between 5-8pm, but if you want to see the performances, make sure to be there for 6.30pm!

This is a collective experience and you are cordially invited! Have you been feeling burnt out? Does life under capitalism fulfil you? Are you thinking, there’s got to be more than this? Your not alone. Let’s explore this in community with one another.

Alanna is honoured to be a channel for this concept. One sleepy night in bed, this idea flowed through her into her journal in the form of a spoken word piece she will share on the night. This concept has inspired a series of creations she will be showcasing & has informed the performances that will be shared.

The event if free to all of any age (children are welcome). However if you want to acknowledge the work there is an option to purchase a solidarity ticket for €5, €10 or €15.

Alanna has funded this project entirely herself and all collaborators have generously donated their skills for free to bring this project into being. Any proceeds received via ticket sales or donations on the night will firstly be used to cover the expenses of the event, thereafter any excess left over will be split evenly among all collaborators.

Sharing this vision with those that feel called to join or even are just curious about the concept, is the priority. Alanna will also be collecting feedback in various forms on the night which will inform future projects.
