Ben, a multi talented musician, singer and songwriter had Elvis’s DNA in his blood from an early age. His father was an avid Elvis fan and Ben grew up on a diet of Elvis songs. Having honed his musical talent Ben started his journey as an Elvis Tribute Artist in 2005 when he formed the “Taking Care of Elvis” band. Audiences quickly realized that this was someone with a special talent. He looked like Elvis, sang like Elvis and had an on stage charisma that had audiences believing at times they were watching the King himself. This talent saw Ben rapidly rise through the ranks of Elvis Tribute Artists. Walk The Moon are an American rock band based in Cincinnati, Ohio, currently comprised of Nicholas Petricca (lead vocals, keys), Sean Waugaman (vocals, drums), Kevin Ray (vocals, bass) and Eli Maiman (vocals, guitar). The band’s name comes from the song Walking on the Moon by The Police. They are best known for their single Shut Up and Dance, which hit No.4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and reached No.1 on the Billboard Rock Songs chart and Billboard Alternative Songs chart when it was released in 2014. In the UK, the single entered at No.75, before jumping 67 places to No.8. It then climbed to peak at No.4 and spent a total of 13 weeks in the Top 10.

After captivating the nation’s heart as the winner of Britain’s Got Talent 2017, and announcing the imminent release of his debut album ‘Our Generation’ on Syco Music November 17th, multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer, Tokio Myers announces his first ever UK tour next spring including a must see London show at the Printworks on April 10th. Tokio Myers is totally unique. He’s created a sound all his own, fusing an array of musical influences that have shaped him as an artist, ranging from classical and cinematic to hip-hop, dance and 90s’ soul. Catch him when he performs ‘Angel’ this Saturday on The X Factor. Tokio grew up in North London before being awarded a coveted piano scholarship at the Royal College of Music. A stint as a studio musician led to recording and touring with some of the biggest names in music including Amy Winehouse, The Police, Kanye West and Mr Hudson.

Making his highly anticipated return to the live music circuit Skinner’s The Streets will perform all the greatest hits from his extensive back catalogue of iconic albums including ‘The Hardest Way To Make An Easy Living’, ‘Everything is Borrowed’, ’Computers and Blues’, ‘A Grand Don’t Come For Free’ and ‘Original Pirate Material’. Having last toured back in 2011 with the ‘Computers & Blues’ UK tour, it will be the first time that The Streets have performed live in seven years. For the first time ever, MusicTown presents a series of concerts at the Abbey Theatre celebrating Dublin as a music city.

Sir Simon Rattle is one of the world’s most famous orchestra conductors. A talent on the piano, violin and percussion, it was through conducting that Simon really set himself apart, winning the John Player International Conducting Competition during his graduating year at the Royal Academy of Music. From there, he established himself as a wunderkind, conducting his first prom at the Royal Albert Hall within five years of that competition. After working himself up to the role of principal conductor with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Simon became familiar to the public through his concerts and a BBC documentary. Over the years, Simon has conducted some of the greatest orchestras in the world, including the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and the orchestra at the Metropolitan Opera in New York. However, he has recently become Music Director of the London Symphony Orchestra, a trailblazing organisation within the world of orchestral music. The LSO has recorded iconic film scores for cinematic releases like Star Wars while also working with legends like André Previn.
